I no longer have access to my site (explorecentral.com) through my WordPress dashboard. When I go to my account > purchases, I see the message “You no longer have access to this site and its purchases. contact support.” for my business subscription. this happened after d/c jetpack. i tried to reinstall jetpack and get keep getting errors. please cancel my plan and auto-renew.

Hi there! It appears that the Jetpack connection was broken due to a faulty domain connection for your custom domain explorecentraltx.com. I have temporarily set the default address as primary, and reconnected Jetpack for your site. You should now be able to access your site’s dashboard and purchases associated with it as expected.
After you reconnect the domain to the site, you can set it as your site’s primary address again.Please let us know if you need further assistance with this and we’ll be happy to help!
