Hi, our domain name is about to expire but we can’t renew it.
It gives us the error:

We are definitely logged in with the correct username for this account. Can you please help urgently? We don’t want to lose this domain name.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Volunteers here on the forums don’t have access to account and subscription information (please don’t share anything private here), so staff are best-placed to help you.

We’ve fixed the issue for the access of the domain and other subscriptions on your site. I also see you’ve managed to renew the domain and other subscriptions. However, I see the domain is not pointing to WordPress.com servers. It is currently pointing to a website hosted with Synergy.
Do you plan to use another domain on WordPress.com since the Business plan was also recently renewed? If you plan to use the domain on your WordPress.com site, you’ll need to point the domain to WordPress.com nameservers. You can check this guide for the same: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/change-name-servers/#domains-registered-with-wordpress-com
