Hi,
My dashboard said I needed to do something with jetpack. after this my main site disappeared and my purchases says You no longer have access to this site and its purchases. Contact support
It will not let me get through to a Human in the chat and I have no way of speaking to someone. Can someone help asap?

Thanks the site is back. but I am getting 404 trying to access the dashboard and my site is loading the old website.. I have cleared the browser cache but that didn’t work?
how does it keep loading the old website, where is it getting it from if the domain is not pointed to it?

Hi there! I was not able to load the old site for the beztheat.co.uk domain. The domain DNS settings also look correct. Finally, I logged into your account and was able to access the WP dashboard as well.
Because of all of those, I suspect it is still a cache issue. I understand you menitoned you cleared the browser cache already. There are several layers of cache that can be at play here.
My suggestions are:
- Trying a different browser. You can download the latest version of an alternate browser from this site: https://browsehappy.com
- Trying a different internet connection (WiFi or mobile). (Cache can be stored on the router level as well.)
- Clean the DNS cache on your computer to make sure that you are able to see the most recent changes. Instructions on how to do that on different operating systems are here: https://www.whatsmydns.net/flush-dns.html (It is possible that your internet provider also offers some level of caching, especially for DNS settings. Clearing the DNS cache would resolve that.)
