Hi,
So, I just purchased this domain name last week and today I logged in to find that it’s gone from my domain list. I’ve found another closed forum about this topic and a possible solution is to switch the site to a default theme, reconnect Jetpack – and then I would need to update or re-install the Astra theme, but I can’t try this because I can’t access the domain from any part of WordPress. The only evidence I have of once owning the domain is in my account purchase history (where I found the error message). My personal plan I’ve purchased has also been revoked.
