  I am having the “You no longer have access to this site and its purchases. Contact support” issue and of course can’t talk to a human. Is there anyone that can help me?

  Hi there!

  It looks like your account got disconnected from the site. I went ahead and reconnected it, so now you should be able to fully access the account, and you should no longer see the access error message.
  
  If you are still seeing the error message, please clear your browser’s cache by following these steps and login to your site again.
