It looks from this side like inditech.co.in is working, but I can see another site on your services that seems to have disconnected over a plugin error. Would it be okay if we temporarily deactivate the VC plugin for troubleshooting?
Also, you mentioned more than one site is giving you trouble; can you share the others too?

You can see the two domains in the above attached Screenshot. And yes, you can disable the VC plugin.

Thanks @1c68c04c5c262fb – we’re looking into this. Are you able to access the dashboards for the site, and do you only see an issue at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases ?

Dashboard access is limited to “Free” account features. Can’t do anything beyond it. Everything is restricted.

Was a back up conducted using either or both All in One WP Migrate or Updraft Plus?
The reason why I ask is because, if yes, this could result in what you’re experiencing there.
Once confirmed, we can look to conduct a fix that will regain access to the site.

Hi, Thanks for the information. After confirming from the team, They’ve asked for some time to carry out some work they need to finish. Is it possible for me to comeback and request for a fix in this thread itself in a few days after all the operations are done?.
