We cannot access our account or purchases anymore after de-activating Jetpack… What shall we do ?

We cannot open or access any support channel (live chat, email, etc.)… This is very boring and annoying

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Our account is a ‘Creator’ one… we would expect some level of support…

    Hi there!

Sorry to hear about the trouble you’re facing. However, I noticed that there’s a conflict with your domain.

You have upgraded to the WordPress.com Creator plan on a brand new site and added the domain yields.io. However, there seems to be an existing self-hosted WordPress.org site with this domain that’s connected to your WordPress.com account via Jetpack. In other words, you seem to have an existing site with the domain yields.io hosted by a different company.

Can you tell us if you are willing to move that self-hosted WordPress.org site to WordPress.com? Right now, your domain is pointing to the external site. And your WordPress.com site can’t be accessed because the domain is set as the primary address. So when you try to visit your WordPress.com site, you’re redirected to the external site.

The same reason is causing the conflict with Jetpack.

Please tell us more about your plans. Do you wish to transfer/migrate your site from a different host to WordPress.com?

Hello, we point to self-hosted site because we lost access to the wordpress SaaS account and decided to re-point to old self-hosted site indeed.

My question: how can I stop my subscription. We are still entitled to the 14 days refund and are not happy with this experience/support.

Yet I cannot click on any past purchase I made anymore, in order to call for refund… The only way I have left to get help is this public forum…

    Hi,

Thanks for letting us know. No worries! I’ve already cancelled and refunded your Creator plan, as you can see here

You should receive your money back in the following 10 business days.

Let us know if you need further assistance with this, and we’ll be happy to help!
