  I am new to WordPress and have recently transferred my site from wix. I have been having on going issues and now it has resulted in me not being able to see my site and not have access to it at all. Can someone PLEASE help me to gain access to my account and have my website live as it currently isn’t .

  I also can’t contact WordPress directly through live chat despite me having an entrepreneur plan. It won’t allow me to do anything just normal standard email or forum and even that I had issues with.
