My site is missing from my wordpress account. It seems to be a common issue on this forum recently. How to reconnect? I have an active commerce subscription, but as it says I have no site I cant access anything.
Live chat support is broken – the bot just gives me a black space instead of connecting me.

This usually happens when you are logged in to the wrong account. To restore access to the account owning that site, you must use the transaction id as described at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

@staartmees is correct, the usual reason for this is being logged in to the wrong account.
The only site connected with the account you’re using on the forums is strongholdsupplies.co.nz. If that’s the site you want to log in to, and you can no longer remember your account password you can reset it here:https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
