I did a migration of my site with another hosting provider, however, I lost access to the administration of my domain and now only the message “You no longer have access to this website or its purchases. Contact support” is displayed. I tried to communicate by email and by chat but they never answered the email and the “Chat with us” button does not work.
I want to migrate my domain with another external provider but it does not allow me to make any configuration.

It looks like the issue occurred due to a combination of Jetpack being disconnected and the domain no longer pointing to your WordPress.com site (but it was set as the primary address).
I’ve fixed the Jetpack connection for you, so you will now be able to access the domain settings and live chat support at https://wordpress.com/help
