    Hello hello!

May you please confirm what website is involved in this?

For someone to log in via email requires that they have access to your email account. If you suspect someone has accessed your account, I suggest changing your email password, and then also improving your WordPress account security through the following:

    1. Changing your password immediately

    Change or Reset Your Password

And on a personal note, if you’re using the same password elsewhere, it would be best to also change it there. Sometimes, passwords are acquired through data breaches in other networks/services.

To check if an email password has been involved in a data breach, you can enter your email address here: https://haveibeenpwned.com/

This website references a list of websites that have been hacked or had email info stolen, and then tells you if your email address is on the list.

    2. Enabling two-factor authentication

    Enable Two-Step Authentication

  • Howdy,

That is not information we have available and I’m not sure that we would be able to share it if we did.

If you are concerned that your site’s security is at risk, I would encourage you to follow the instructions given in the previous reply.
