You took down my site! Why?

  All my content is gone. I can’t even back it up or download an .xml file. I need it restored immediately. If you think I’ve violated TOS, please let me know what the offending content was so I can correct. Immediately, pls! You have no authority to wipe out my content. Restore it immediately!
