You Tube video works fine on my site but not on other computers

Hi,
I have 3 you tube video’s on my WordPress site and I can play them fine. However, friends and family report back that they can’t play the videos as they won’t stop loading.
Does anyone has any idea why this is?

Sometimes when the cache is full what you get is a white box or an empty space where the YouTubes are; to cure that, they need to clear out their cache and do a restart.
There’s also an error on some YouTube videos over at the YouTube side. Where they may once have played fine, they now stop short. Why not clear your cache, do a forced reload of the page, and see if they still play fine for you? If not, check the videos out on their native YouTube page and see if they’ll play there. If not, email YouTube. Sorry, that’s the best suggestion I can think of.

If the video gets stuck on “loading” it sometimes can be because it is a private video. Did you make it private? If that is the case then they have to be on your friends and family list and logged into YouTube to view the video. If they are public videos and don’t play it could be what raincoaster says about the cache or just that their browser doesn’t have the plugins available to view the videos. I find my ‘old’ browsers require me to update my browser with flash, java, etc before most things work. As them to update their browsers might also be a solution to help them get this fixed!
