You won’t recognize the email address to my crossheirs account

  Help! My crossheirs.blog is attached to my (email visible only to moderators and staff), your system reverts back to this decades old fansincekezar account used once years ago that I know of!!!!

  I have spent several hours attempting to access my account yesterday and today. I don’t have any of the authentication that was requested to validate ownership. Can they not email me an authentication code to my email address attached to my crossheirs.blog account?

  Hi there:

  The site crossheirs.blog is tied to a different user account than the one you’re currently logged into, which is using a different email address than the one you use for @fansincekezar.

  Since this site has upgrades, you should have the transaction IDs from charges on this account. Then, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  Just fill out as much information as you have, including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a ten-digit letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

  You would want to look in July 2022 of your bank statements for that information.
