  I was charged $96.25 on 09/25/2018 and want to cancel for a refund.

  Hi Frank,

  The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any upgrades on WordPress.com, which suggests you have another. What is the address of the upgraded site (please don’t post any transaction IDs here)?

  Did you receive an email receipt? If so, please try logging out and log back in using the email address the receipt was sent to. There should be an option to cancel the upgrades from your Manage Purchases page once logged into the correct account.
