“Your account has been blocked
-
Hello,
Despite knowing my password, WordPress.com has locked me out.
“Your account has been blocked as a security precaution. To continue, you must reset your password.”
The email address and phone number were my old work details to which I no longer have access so I cannot reset my password and I cannot recover the site as described in support…..
The recovery site will only allow me to continue if I have a ‘Transaction ID’,, an ‘Activation URL’ or a 2FA code but I am on free wordpress plan so I can not fill proof of ownership.
Website Is http://www.zrnocukra.wordpress.com
Can anyone help please?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello,
On the account recovery page, you can provide certain information to verify that you are the owner of the account you’re trying to log in to. We will require at least one of the following pieces of information:
- Transaction ID: …
- Activation URL or key: …
- Two-Step Authentication Codes: …
We cannot accept any information other than the options listed above to verify your identity.
The above information was taken from this link below:
https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#verify-your-account-ownership
And if you are unable to provide any of the three required details, you may have to create a new account:
https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#if-ownership-cannot-be-established
I wish I could have offered more help. -
Thanks for the answer.
Do the free accounts have these list items. and if so, where can I watch them?
-
I have the complete content of that site on my computer, I can prove it with a screenshot.
If the free account doesn’t have items from the list

That site is under a different account to the one you are in now. Are you sure you can’t reach that site by logging out here and logging in with the username zrnocukra and the correct password?
-
I’m sure. I can’t come to the forum to ask a question unless I’m logged in.
That’s why I am now on another account.
