Your blog cannot be redirected to that URL

    I’m trying to buy the Site Redirect add-on to redirect my wordpress.com blog to my new self-hosted blog with its own domain.

    The problem is that the ‘Redirect to this URL’ form is not accepting my perfectly valid xxxxxxxx.org.uk domain. i get the message:

    “Your blog cannot be redirected to that URL. Please make sure the URL is valid.”

    But the domain *is* valid. What am I supposed to do now?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Phew! I managed to get it working.
    For anybody else with the same problem, what you need to do is delete all your WordPress.com cookies then clear your browser cache and restart the browser. Then it works as it should.
