Your charge for more upgrades?

  I already purchased the custom upgrade and the site mapping – how much will you charge for the video and no ads? AND, do you have a nonprofit discount? thank you.

  Hi there,

  We do not have a discount for site mapping, however if you would like, you can cancel your current products and get the Value Bundle which includes all of our most popular products for $99. Your domain mapping would stop working for a short time, but you could re-add it quickly.

  Let me know if you would like to proceed with this and I can make sure that your previous products are cancelled and refunded correctly!

  Thank you – that would be great – canceling current products I mean. Then when you’ve done that, I will purchase the bundle and re-map the domain, am I right?

  Oh! One other thing please. Can you get the details for me from our current set-up that I’ll need to re-apply in order to map it over please? I didn’t keep my notes and I have no idea how to do it.

  Hi there,

  OK, you’re all set! Your Custom Design and Mapping have both been removed and refunded to you. You should see them appearing on your billing statement in the next few days.

  In regards to how to re-add mapping, after you have purchased the Value Bundle you can log in to your account’s Dashboard and then go to Store and then Domains. Type youthadvancement.org into the field at the top of the page and then click the blue button. The system will point out that the domain already exists, and do you want to map the domain to your blog. Click Yes and it will put the purchase through for $0.00!

  Hi there, I went into my dashboard, purchased the value bundle, and it now shows as active. But when I type the domain name in my browser, I get this message:
  Warning! Domain mapping upgrade for this domain not found. Please log in and go to the Domains Upgrades page of your blog to use this domain.
