Again and again your company charges me for services I’ve not purchased.
Because of this, it has caused many issues with my bank account, which has also caused me financial hardships due to 1) cancellation of bank cards and 2) money taken from account that prevents me from using the account for daily needs (food, utilities, etc.).
I’ve contacted my attorney.
This is absolutely horrid.
Also, I’ve started some social media versions of complaining, and have asked my friends to do the same.
While you do not call people, I highly suggest you do so in this case.

timethief – there is no record of the charge because the charges are fraudulent.
macmanx – only via e-mail. Multiple fraudulent charges have come to my cards that are not mine. Again, the charges are not from me, and were not made by me. They are, as mentioned already, fraudulent.

I have replied to Carolyn, as well as sent notices to my bank, my attorney and the BBB.
My only request was that someone from your company pick up the phone and give me a call.
Also, I think it is poor practice for a company to ask for their clients bank account numbers.

Also, we never once asked for your bank account number. For the sake of public clarification, we asked for the billing name on the account that was charged and the dates and amounts of the charges.

Once again. The charge on my bank account is from wp-fee.com There should be no charge to my account, and my “billing history” does not reflect any purchase activity through WordPress, Automattic, or whomever it is that really runs the show.
Therefore, there is a fraudulent charge on my account. Pretty easy to understand.

If it’s a legal, financial dispute, it seems safer for all involved to communicate via a text-based medium so there is always a record.
