    Hi everyone, I hope that you are well.

    I am writing this post as I am having an issue with my store.

    I am unable to connect to my store, when trying I am having this msg

    “Your connection is not private”

    FYI, I am sharing the 4G of my phone to use internet on my Mac..

    I am new with WP, I am not sure what to do if someone can help me out that would be awesome

    A “your connection is not private” message indicates you don’t have an SSL certificate on your website – meaning your site traffic is loading under an insecure HTTP protocol. Since you’re trying to set up an online store, to offer secure payment you need to add an SSL certificate to your site so your traffic loads under a secure HTTPS protocol.

    You can reach out to your host HostGator for help in adding that certificate to your site.
