Your customer support sucks

    I can’t find anybody to help me get a refund on theme I bought. On your customer support site it says “We are here to help” then the link directs me to this Q&A page and there is nobody “There to help.” I am not happy with your happiness experts. I just want someone to email or some sort of contact but I don’t have so much as a 1-800 number.
    Where can I get a refund on this premium theme I bought? It’s just not cutting it for me. Thanks.

    Have you looked in the Support documents for “refund?” It’s pretty simple. If you’re within the 30 day refund period, you go to the My UPgrades page of your dashboard, and you click to Refund the theme. I’ve done it myself.

    I’m sorry you are unhappy with your experience with support but there are so many WP users now and a huge number of support questions in queue at a time so it isn’t always possible to get someone to help right away, but that is why there are volunteer WP users who also try to help when they can.

    I hope you are able to find what you need and good luck either finding a new theme you are happy with, or wherever you end up.
