  I need to change my email but every time I try to change it, I keep getting a turn around, it won’t change it.

  It sounds like you are trying to change the email address on your WordPress.com account at https://wordpress.com/me/account

  Is that right?

  If so, after you save your new email address at https://wordpress.com/me/account, you’ll receive an email to confirm the change to the new email address. You must click the confirmation link to confirm the change and update the email on your account.

  The confirmation email will have the subject “[WordPress.com] New Email Address.” Check your spam and promotional folders if you don’t see the email in your inbox.
