Your help

Our website has disappeared and godaddy told us to contact you, however, I cannot find customer support ANYWHERE. Our website (www.brainnetworkstim.com) has disappeared and Godaddy said we need to speak to you to see what happened. I am an admin on the page but had to create a new wordpress login with the same email I used to edit the website. (email visible only to moderators and staff)

You’ve reached the host WordPress.com. Godaddy wouldn’t have meant here. They would have been meaning:
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
If Godaddy don’t offer you customer support then you’ll need to register an account at the above link to ask if anyone can assist you. Here support is only available for people that have their sites hosted here too.

Hi there!
To clear up any further confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.
We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.
You can find more details about WordPress.com and WordPress.org on this support page:
https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
That said, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere; we can only assist with sites hosted on our servers.
The support for WordPress.org sites comes from volunteers on the community forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.
http://wordpress.org/support/ is also a great resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software.
