Your link to my account and my credit card doesn’t work

  I received a message about my card on file being out of date:
  We’ll still attempt to charge the card we have on file, but the best way to keep your subscription is to click the button below and update your credit card details.

  But when I clicked on it, it said I had no accounts, and I had nothing on file for paying for website I DO have: gaiaeros.com

  I’d like to keep it online, but am mystified.

  Hi there,

  The site gaiaeros.com is owned by a different account than the one you’re currently logged in. That’s why you cannot renew it.

  You need to log in to that other account to be able to renew the site’s subscription.
