    what country are you in? My bank will not allow international purchases from a debit card so I need to know if you are processing payments within the U.S. I don’t see an option for PayPal which would be my only option if you are outside the U.S.

    One of our payment processors is PayPal with the other being Stripe. So, if the country where you reside uses either Payment Processors, you should be able to purchase an upgrade with your credit card. What country are you currently residing in?

    I’m in the US. PayPal is not available in my account and I need it to be.

  • We are US based as well.

    We only accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay, so you should see PayPal as a payment option. Are you not seeing this option when picking a payment option?

    While logged into your account, I do see that there is a Jetpack connection error. I would try to disconnect and reconnect Jetpack and see if that resolves the issue:

    There is no PayPal payment Option in my woocommerce account,. I am not an idiot. I have built websites for 25 years and know when PayPal is missing. articles on paypal and jet pack are not helpful.

    I do not use Jet pack. If I do, I have no clue where it might be installed.

    Certain WooCommerce extensions require that the Jetpack plugin is installed and connected to your WordPress.com user account for activation.

    Thanks for clarifying you’re trying to make a purchase at WooCommerce.com – that wasn’t clear in your original post. We’re a separate entity from WooCommerce and their payment system does not have the same methods of payment available that we have here at WordPress.com.

    They do not offer payment via PayPal for their products, so I would encourage you to submit a new support ticket from your WooCommerce account so they can help you resolve your credit card issue and clarify why you need the Jetpack plugin:
