After repaid my site’nayerniaarts.com’ I have a lot of problems and there is no body to contact. the first problem is that me website name is changed to ‘nayerniaarts.wordpress.com’ which I don’t want ‘wordprss’ add to my website name, so please remove it. the next problem is that I cannot access to my dashboard in that website, I mean all my pages and images and library, all has been gone! I really need. on the other hand the people who are available to help would charge me, why should I pay for your mistakes?!

There is no domain mapping upgrade for nayerniaarts.com/. If you would like to use this domain you will first need to set up domain mapping. It seems you don’t pay attention to my problem! Every year I pay $29 for reactivating my site, but this year I paid $35 October/16 for reactivate my site nayerniaarts.com. There are other blogs that I never used them. Every year I reactivate “nayerniaarts.com”. Now I can open this site under the name of “nayernia.wordpress.com”, but there is no dashboard available, my pages , library and all my information are gone. How can I map my domain when nothing is available?

This thread has been tagged for Staff as stated above. Staff work through all forum threads tagged for their attention and through all email support tickets in chronological order based on datestamps and timestamps – first posted first served, as would be expected.
How long it takes to clear the threads and support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are.

Hi @nayernia, there are a few issues:
– This domain is under another username actually, so you’ll want to log in using the proper account to be able to see more details.
– The domain expired quite some time ago because it was not renewed. We weren’t able to process the payment in May, and while we sent notification about that we didn’t hear back. So this domain is currently in redemption. The registrar charges an extra fee to send it back, or you can wait for them to release the domain again.
