I HATE IT – I DONT WANT TO USE IT – RANT OVER NOW THE POLITE BIT
Dear wordpress – I have been using your fab system forsome considerable time – took me ages to become familiar and happy with it and then you offer me a new and improved posting experience – its not improved – far from it – now instead of clicking the side bar to see and edit my blog posts in a nice, easily readable column I am confronted with a huge ‘new experience and huge pictures wich I posted and dont need to see – couple this with a very slow braodband download speed it now takes four times as long to correct a spell mistake – I only want to see headings – if I want to onpen it I will – if I cant see what I am looking for I will use the search facility – Why Why Why fix something that is not broken – please let me use my old posting experience – that you for providing the wordpress experience but let me go back to the way it was – Please -
I have opened a new topic but with a similar theme.
I think you can still access the old ways.
On your blog page go to ‘My Site’ and click on WP Admin. If they all come up much the same you should see under ‘Activity’ a number of blogs you have posted. Click on that number and you get a list of your blog posts in the tried and tested old format. You can click on the one you want to edit and it’ll open in the old web posting experience. Or click on Add New to start a new post in that Old Experience.
Like you, I much prefer the old method. I didn’t need to see pictures or text of posts I had written.
