your password rules are stupid

    I’m trying to let you know that preventing people from choosing passwords without special symbols and then also preventing people from reusing old passwords, just leads people to constantly have to reset their passwords to things they don’t remember, in a never-ending cycle. As a result, everyone is saving their passwords to their browser, thus making your site much less secure than it would have been if you had just removed your idiotic password requirements to begin with.

    Hi,
    It’s a good habit to use a secure password, just because your website can be overtaken or defaced by a person with bad intents.

    And I’d like to emphasize that you don’t have to save your passwords in your browser rather that use passwords storage app or software like mentioned in the above article (lastpass, 1pass works well).
