Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress.

Hey Support – I’m in need of assistance with getting my site back up and running. Anytime I try to access ‘/wp-admin’ – I am unable to load the page and receive a message: ‘Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress.’ After some research it appears my site may require some updates.
I tried logging into my account via wordpress.com to see if I can get to the upgrade there but unable to do so due to ‘Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection’.
I do not have access to the FTP so at the moment, I don’t have any way of getting to the settings of my site to run upgrades. Can someone assist me?
This is time sensitive and would love to get my site up and running ASAP. Thanks.

Hello there,
Many thanks for reaching out.
Are you referring to http://raadahmed.com/? If yes, this is a self-hosted site with Hostgator, and in order to fix this, you would need to contact Hostgator support.
This is because they would need to confirm that the hosting environment is what it should be.
Hostgator can be contacted here: https://www.hostgator.com/contact
I hope this helps.
