Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue

Hello,
I restored a backup with the UpdraftPlus extension and once finalized my site crashed and I lost a large part of its construction. I also no longer have the LWS plugins from my host. I cannot access the recovery mode interface.
I don’t understand, I’m lost, what should I do to get my site back like before?

Hey there,
I’ve taken a look at the site and the account, and it looks like the WordPress.com Business plan has expired, which means the ability to use a custom primary domain, along with plugins and installed themes wouldn’t be present.
To check, are you looking to use Updraft Plus with WordPress.com, or another hosting provider?
If WordPress.com, the WordPress.com Business plan would first need to be purchased, which can be done here: https://wordpress.com/plans/monthly/bitcoinlearned.com
Once purchased, we’ll be able to help with that restore.

Hi okay I will reactivate the plan in the hope that I will find my site as before.
However, I just tried to pay but I got an error message that purchases are disabled and that I need to contact customer service.
