Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue
-
I got the following email:
Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.
In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Aspose DOC Exporter.I tried logging in, both the normal way and with the recovery link sent, to no avail. It shows the following message:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare AsposeDocExporterAdminRegisterSettings() (previously declared in /home/xxxxxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/aspose-doc-exporter/Aspose_Doc_Exporter.php:24) in /home/xxxxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/aspose-doc-exporter/Aspose_Doc_Exporter.php on line 24Anyone able to help?
Thanks!

Hi there, I tried to install “Aspose DOC Exporter” plugin in a WordPress.com site and it’s working. Maybe there is a conflict with another plugin you are using.

I think my biggest issue right now is just logging to fix this. My admin login isn’t even working, unfortunately.
Is there some way to disable the plugin remotely without logging in? -
Hi there,
Yes. You can rename (or remove) the plugin folder via FTP using the SFTP credentials from your Hosting Configuration that you can find in your WordPress.com admin.
You can read more about it in this article: https://wordpress.com/support/sftp/
Thanks!
