‘Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue’/ I can’t access my website
-
After getting quite a few emails – ‘Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue’ I stopped getting them. The old link isn’t working, so I can’t access my website from the recovery mood.
‘If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special ‘recovery mode’. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.
To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires. When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
WordPress version 5.4.2
Current theme: ShopOne (version 1.2)
Current plugin: SEO by 10Web (version 2.0.13)
PHP version 7.2.31′How/where can I request that email with the link again in order to fix the existing issue?
Thanks in advance!

Hi there,
I do not see any sites under your @dijanaknezevic WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.
Is it possible you created your site under a different login? Is it the case that you are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

Thanks, Jerry!
I thought I provided the website’s address but now I see I didn’t. It’s http://dijanaknezevic.com/
I don’t know much about hosting because it isn’t hosted by me, I am just using it and editing. My unfamiliarity with the technical details is the reason why I started/stopped getting those ‘Your Site is Experiencing a Technical Issue’ emails – after I moved it to 10web.io. However, I’ll find someone to solve that part. So far, I only need to get an email from wordpress as earlier – with the link for the recovery mood. But I don’t know how or where can I request that email with the link again.

Hello there,
It looks like http://dijanaknezevic.com/ is a self-hosted WordPress site, which is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
You would need to reach out to your theme/plugin developers or the hosting provider for further assistance with this issue.
I hope this helps!

Thanks for your help!
For now, I just want to get the link from WordPress so that I can access the website through the recovery mood again. Later, I’ll reach out to my theme/plugin developers for assistance.
Here is the part of the last email I got regarding that issue:
“In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, SEO by 10Web.
First, visit your website (http://dijanaknezevic.com/) and check for any visible issues. Next, visit the page where the error was caught (http://dijanaknezevic.com/wp-login.php) and check for any visible issues.
Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.
If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further. ”
And then – there was a link, which is basically all I need again.

Hi,
It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost.
We’re only able to provide support for WordPress websites that are hosted by us here at WordPress.com. For help with a WordPress site hosted elsewhere you’ll need to ask over at the WordPress.org forums:
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Depending on the level of support that is included with your hosting plan, your webhost’s support team may also be able to assist.
If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com and the open-source WordPress software you can read this article:
