I will answer you in my second comment below but I can see that you need help with is setting up.

The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
    http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

    * You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with your actual blog’s name in that URL.

    http://http://grandfocusphotographyblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin/

Note that your detailed theme description page with set-up instructions is here https://wordpress.com/themes/intergalactic/ and the live demo site is here https://intergalacticdemo.wordpress.com/

re: the front page error message found on every new .wordpress.com blog

There is nothing wrong with your blog.

By default, the front page of the blog is the only page that will display all published posts on it. As soon as you publish a post, not a page, the error message will be gone. http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/

    1. For creating a post in the New editor see here http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/#publish-a-new-post
For creating a page in the new editor see here
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/#create-a-new-page

    2. For editing in the new editor see:
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/edit-pages-screen/

    3. For using the new editor to upload images see the instructions that Staff provided here https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/images-arent-clickable-any-more?replies=15#post-2530659

For uploading images into posts and pages see here http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/adding-images-to-posts-or-pages/
Here are more details about the options for uploading images http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2009/04/26/images-the-three-link-options/
For troubleshooting images see here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/troubleshooting-images/

    4. The support documentation is all found at the Support link http://en.support.wordpress.com which is also on the bottom of your Admin page.

    5. website or blog?

On the bottom of your Admin page you will find a link to the step by step Learn WordPress.com blogging Tutorial prepared by Staff. http://learn.wordpress.com/ See also the “Video Quick Start” tutorial http://en.support.wordpress.com/video-quick-start/

A blog is a website. The difference between blog and website is simply structure and semantics.

A blog is a post based website designed for interactive communication. As the posts are frequently updated and appear on the front page of the site it’s very attractive to search engines.

What most people call a website is merely a page based site that functions as a one-way noticeboard. As the structure is page based and as pages are for static content that rarely changes, and as pages do not have RSS feeds, and as others do not backlink to pages, it is not as attractive to search engines as a post based blog structured site is.

Any WordPress blog can be restructured from being post based to being page based – no upgrade required. For greater clarity read > http://en.support.wordpress.com/using-wordpress-to-create-a-website/

    Delete my account.

We cannot do this for you.

To delete a WordPress.COM hosted blog you must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog to navigate to Dashboard > Tools > Delete Site. The guide is here http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made except for the one stated here http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

Alternatively, to change blog visibility to Private go to > Settings > Reading scroll to Blog Visibility and choose option 3. See the guide here http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings

Accounts cannot be deleted so we cannot be impersonated by anyone registering and using the same username in the future. Also note that Automattic Inc. owns wordpress.COM and also many other products and services listed here https://automattic.com/ that do require a wordpress.COM account. Therefore, account deactivation is provided and account deletion is not provided.

    Registering an account here required
    (1) your consent to the Terms of Service http://wordpress.com/tos/ and all policies made under it found in the support docs like this one http://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/,
    and
    (2) an email address.

Any personal information you posted anywhere was posted voluntarily. Both the email address and personal information can be removed or replaced at any time.

Here’s how to deactivate your account:
Although username accounts are not deleted, so you cannot be impersonated and have your reputation affected by anyone registering the same username in the future, there are steps you can take that amount to removing all personal information and result in leaving only a throwaway email address behind. http://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/

    1. You can go to My Account->Edit Profile and remove all data except the account name and an email address. Create a throwaway email address and change the account email to that throwaway address. This only leaves the username behind.

    2. To unsubscribe from email sent to you from WordPress.com, go here and click on “Block all subscription emails from WordPress.com”:
    https://wordpress.com/settings/notifications/

    3. To ensure the account is locked up tightly, visit this site, generate a password of 15-20 characters, and change the account password to it:
    http://www.thebitmill.com/tools/password.html

    4. To hide your Gravatar profile, login and on the bottom right-hand corner of your Gravatar profile page you will find a “hide” button visible only to you that you can click. http://en.gravatar.com/support/profile-privacy/
