Your site keeps posting my photo in the wrong direction & wil not correct it!
-
I have just got a new website and I was so excited. Then, the whole thing just froze on me – it posted my header photo in the wrong direction and then it would not load my photo so would not let me rotate the photo. Is this an indication of what it will be like to use Word Press? I sure hope not!!!

Sorry to hear you are having trouble right out of the gate!
Is this the header image in question http://publicitypromotionexpert.files.wordpress.com/2014/07/20140721_141907.jpg? I’m guessing it’s not as it seems to be loaded correctly.
That having been said, if it is the wrong image, or if you want to make changes to that image, it’s best to do your image editing outside of WordPress.
Try this instead:
1) Delete the existing header image by going to Appearance>Customize on your dashboard and then clicking “header” on the customize menu. If there is a header uploaded you’ll see it under “previously uploaded.” Hover over the photo and a grey “x” will appear in the upper right corner. Click on it.
2)Next, get your header image ready to upload by making sure it’s sized correctly. Your theme calls for an image size of 480 × 150 pixels.
3) reload the resized header image.
If the photo wouldn’t load the first time, it was probably very large, so scaling the image down to the expected header size before you upload it will save you storage space, upload time and the chances of your computer freezing while the photo loads is greatly reduced.
Let me know if that fixes the problem.
