Your subscription could not be activated, it may have expired

  When I try to click “Confirm Follow” as delivered into my email inbox, then instead of “Confirmed!”, the new pop-up window said: Your subscription could not be activated, it may have expired”.

  Why is this?
  Please help ASAP.
