  Your support sucks…I have been asking for assisatnace for 3 weeks that is 7 times the response time you state here…you have and continue to ignore request and only allow your “forums to answer questions’ I am turning the cost and file over to my attorney who to this date has not yet earned his retainer for the year… thank you World Press for your outstanding support and advice…YOU SUCK
