Your system does not accept my credit card

I want to upgrade my domain for another year. I’ve tried to give you my new credit card (same credit card number, just a new card), but the system doesn’t agree with the new card. Maybe my domain renews automatically? I’m not sure. But I do not want to lose this domain. Please tell me what I did wrong. Thank you.

Hi Nancy – It looks like your card is being declined by PayPal. What’s the exact error message you’re getting when you enter your card details?

It says: please use a different payment card.. but I don’t have a different payment card.

Hi Nancy – I checked with PayPal about this, and they said the card is blocked in their system and you’ll need to contact them about it directly. You can call PayPal Customer Service at 888-221-1161.
