If you have not done that then I suggest you do that right now, as this is peer support forum, I am a Volunteer, and SHOUTING! here in a peer support forum thread will not get you the help you need.

YA, I KNOW THIS IS A VOLUNTEER FORUM, THATS WHY I DIDNT WANT TO COME HERE ANYWAY, BECAUSE YOU WOULDNT HELP ME! THIS WEBSITE DELIBERATELY MAKES IT NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY FOR EVEN IMPORTANT INFO SUCH AS THIS! I WAS WITHIN $4 OF BEING OVERDRAWN ON MY ACCT DUE TO THIS UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE, WHICH WOULD HAVE COST ME ANOTHER $75 PLUS $35/DAY UNTIL THAT WAS PAID, FUNDS I DO NOT HAVE! I HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO BE EXTREMELY P*SSED OFF!
I AM DONE WITH YOU AND THIS WEBSITE. YOU HAVE AN UNBELIEVEABLE AMOUNT OF NERVE JACKING PEOPLE AROUND LIKE THIS, DELVING INTO FINANCES YOU HAVE NO AUTHORIZATION TO BE IN, THEN TAKING IT LIGHTLY AS IF YOU COULD CARE LESS SIMPLY BECAUSE WE DONT SHOVEL OUT $300/YR TO YOU.

Everyone with internet access who reads this thread now knows that completing the relevant form to address your billing issue effectively and to request a refund is up to you. Instead of acting on the information provided, you are SHOUTING! and wasting your own time doing so. Once again I recommend that you take the required action to report your upgrade information to Billing Staff please.
