Has any one encountered this problem? if so have you found a solution to the problem and how is it solved?, my hosting is through go daddy.

Also note that the Jetpack forum is at WordPress.org http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.org, click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post there.

Hi concept777, if you’re self-hosted, then you can find answers on the wp.org support forum. (This forum is for hosted wp.com users only.)

And just FYI, here is a little information on the difference between .org and .com.

Thanks guys I will have a look at that, at the moment I have just moved on and will come back to it, I’m just tweeking some bits of the site.
