Your WordPress.com plan for is due for renewal

  In the past month I have received many emails with this message:
  “We attempted to renew your WordPress.com Premium plan on your site “artandsoulgalleryblog.wordpress.com” but experienced a problem taking payment.

  If you wish to continue with the subscription please log in to your account and update your card details. Your subscription will be cancelled if payment cannot be made.

  Hi There Happiness Engineers,

  Please please help me!
  I have been entering and reentering our credit card info and keep getting the above messages that the payment cannot be made.
  The problem that I see is that our credit card has two lines with the names on it and your entry sight only allows for one line with a name.
  On our card the first line is our owner/accountants name the second line is the name of our business.
  When I put one the names or both lines of the card on the one line of your credit card info site it still comes up with the charge failing.
  I am certain all of the other info being entered is correct as it was just re-verified by our bank.
  Really want to get this resolved asap before our subscription expires.

  I cannot edit anything only Staff can and I tagged this thread for them to remove it.

  I’ve removed the last 4 digits of your card from this thread too.

  Had no idea I had to log in on my personal acct rather than the Art & Soul Administrative acct to update the billing.
  Have now made the payment and our sight has been renewed for another year and s auto renewal.

  Yes, only the owner of a purchase can renew it.
