    I as title I have trouble to create domain. Please help.
    Is said: “You’re blocked from purchasing domains on WordPress.com. Please contact our support to find out why.”

    Hi there,

    You have a suspended site in your account. Accounts with suspended sites cannot purchase upgrades or create new sites on WordPress.com.

    We do not help with suspended sites in the forums. Please contact our terms of service team directly via the link in the notice that’s appearing in your site’s dashboard, or else using the form at https://en.support.wordpress.com/suspended-blogs/ for more help with this. If you’ve already contacted them, please be patient while waiting for a reply.
