You’re not having that payment. No. Just plain no.

I’ve not used your services in months. The site never even went live. I bought a year’s plan, and paid for that, fair enough. I decided that your services weren’t right for my needs, and haven’t used them. So no, I’m not paying for another year of a service I don’t use. I’ve instructed PayPal and my bank to bounce all charges from WordPress. I’m not paying your stupid fine, either.

‘Ask in the forums’. Pft. Go on then, if that’s the only way you deign to speak to people. I don’t want another year of WordPress. Didn’t use the first year not paying for another one. Simple as that.

  • Your Premium Plan for koboldkorner.co was renewed on November 1 since auto-renew was enabled on the plan.

Typically, you can cancel and refund these via https://wordpress.com/me/purchases in accordance with our refund policy https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#refund-policy

However, instead you initiated a chargeback dispute with PayPal: https://wordpress.com/support/payment/chargebacks/

We can still issue a refund for this, but not while the chargeback dispute is active. Once you have canceled that dispute with PayPal, we’ll be happy to issue a refund.
