Youtube Embed – Does it Break Copyright?

    Maybe I’m not looking in the right place, but I’m not sure if this has been specifically addressed by WordPress.

    If we embed a video from youtube that is from an official youtube page of a company or even just a regular video, are we breaking the copyright law? What if we acknowledge that it is the company’s material in our blog, is that alright?
