youtube image in subscription email is broken

  It seems things have changed with the Support. It now takes a very long time to get a reply back when you contact the support.

  Anyways, wondering if any one here knows a fix. I embed youtube via shortcode “[youtube=http…..]. It shows up fine everywhere except for the subscription emails. The emails used to show youtube image of the video, but not anymore. See this for example: http://ismailimail.files.wordpress.com/2011/07/youtube-email-subscription-issue.jpg

  It depends on exactly which email client anyone is using whether or not videos will be displayed in them at all. In some email clients they are not displayed.

  Staff just emailed suggesting they’re aware of this bug. So I’m going wait. Thanks. The example above is from Gmail. It used to show image properly not too long ago.
