YouTube insert – film keeps becoming unavailable

  hi there. 3 times I have inserted a YouTube movies in my blog. each times it works for a few days and then a message appears saying it is unavailbale. it is still available and the url has not changed, so this is perhaps some kind of WordPress error. all help, gratefully received.

  their has been lots of probs with youtube.

  one thing: check your youtube link THAT YOU HAVE IN YOUR POST
  should look like this:

  [youtube=http://www . youtube.com /watch?v=9KBgg-hrtyo] for example.

  if it has phrases like “redirect” or another site link t the end, remove it

  If your youtube links, path is through another blog, and that blog no longer has the video or makes changes: it can break your path to youtube.

  Often when a youtube video becomes unavailable it’s because it was taken down for copyright violation(s).

  yes it is wise to goto youtube itself and make sure the video is still there.

  When you ask for help about a YouTube issue, it’s easier for us to help if you give us a link to a post in your blog with the video, AND the link directly to that video on YouTube.
