Youtube link does not appear as an embedded image of the video

  I would like the Youtube video I imported to my blog post to appear as an embedded file (with image of the video) and not just as a link. When I would paste a Youtube link to my blog post before, I do not have any problems as it always appears as an embedded image of the video. But this time it keeps appearing as a link. Below is the blog post link and the video link. Hope you can please help me as soon as possible as hope to share this blog post with my colleagues soonest:

  I have the same problem, I can’t see the You Tube video in my blog mnisekprorodinu.wordpress.com – http://mnisekprorodinu.wordpress.com/vzorova/
