youtube not imbedding in admin post

  Hi,

  Newbie here. My youtube vids work fine from menus, but imbedding doesn’t seem to. Using Ocean Mist. Watched howto vid many times and think I’ve done it all correctly. Post appears but no graphic. Small placeholder is dead as well. Stumped

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Try using the youtube shortcode yourself into the HTML editor:

  [youtube=VIDEO URL HERE]

  Or just paste the URL of the video after you’ve gone to Settings>Media and made sure the option “Enable auto-embeds” is checked.

  Thanks for the quick response. auto embeds was enabled all along. Manually typing in the HTML does not work either. Also, pasting a live link into the post is dead. (This worked OK yesterday with BUENO theme, FWIW)

  Is video embedding working with Ocean Mist today?
