Youtube video displaying as my picture on facebook when I post a link to my blog

  When I copy and paste my link to facebook I usually can arrow to the picture I want to use. This week I can’t. It will only post with it a picture off of youtube because my blog also has a song which it usually does, but I want a picture that I’ve made to show up. What has changed?
