Youtube video does not work

    Hi,

    I am experiencing difficulties with Youtube videos. Embedded videos are shown only on the admin site and in the browser when I am logged in – although external browsers do not play the videos unfortunately.

    Could you help me to solve this issue?

    Hi Barbara, the site you shared isn’t hosted here with our services, so I’m unable to check the admin end of the site to see what you see. Here’s the difference between our services and the free WordPress software:

    That the videos play when logged in, but not otherwise, could be an issue with a theme or plugin. I’d recommend reaching out in the correct forum here:
    https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

    And sharing a few details: link to an affected page, and tell what error / issue you’re seeing. They should be able to help, or you can also contact your host.
