YouTube Video in Header … using theme of Sydney

    I was using the video in a page and it worked just fine. Now that I put it in the header, no sound is there. Can you help or should I go through Sydney?

    Hi there,

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software, and Sydney is also not one of the themes we make. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.

    Please contact support for that theme directly via the website where you bought or downloaded it, but this is most likely how the theme is designed – header videos rarely play with sound.
